Principal district and Sessions Court judge ML Raghunath, from India, filed a divorce of his client against his wife who cooked Maggi (instant noodles) all meals in a state in southwest India. The lawyer named the case, Maggi case, saying,
“The husband said his wife did not know how to prepare any food other than Maggi noodles. It was noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He complained that his wife went to the provision store and brought only instant noodles.”

2. A man got Divorce from his Pressure Cooker Bride
Looking upon the instance of divorce from a bizarre marriage, a man divorced his pressure cooker bride. After marrying his beloved appliance, a pressure cooker in 2021, a man named Khoirul Anam from Magelang, Java divorced in just 4 days.
Was it for fun purposes or what? But as objectum sexuality is increasing, the marriage where the groom was kissing a pressure cooker couldn’t be just addressed as a stunt or prank.
3. The bank Clerk Married and Divorced his wife Multiple times for paid leaves
Have you ever heard of marrying and divorcing your wife multiple times? Here is an instance where a man from Taiwan married the same woman four times and divorced her thrice. The bank clerk did it on purpose in a span of 37 days.
The hilarious reason was, he wanted to extend his paid leave, for his silly marital drama. According to Article 2 of the Labour Leave Rules in Taiwan, employees are entitled to eight days of paid leave on their marriage, thus, he created a loophole for this facility.
He had made a solid plan but the bank got to refuse as his marriage seemed absolutely planned and witty. Meanwhile, he filed a complaint against his employer at the Taipei City Labour Bureau and got compensation of NT$20,000 (approx. $400) in October 2020 for not getting extra leaves for multiple marriages.

4. Too Much of Something is Not Too Good
Having someone in your life who loves you truly is a blessing! But too much love can also destroy a healthy marriage, as everything has its limits.
In a bizarre incident in 2020, a woman from Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal district of India approached a nearby family court for divorce just 18 months after her marriage on the grounds her husband ‘loves her too much’.
According to her, the man doesn’t even argue her fight with her but after the cleric’s refusal to file the petition, the woman approached the local panchayat saying,
“Neither he (husband) ever shouted at me nor he ever disappointed me over any issue. I am feeling suffocated in such an environment. Sometimes he cooks for me and also helps me in performing household chores.”
Meanwhile, the court asked the couple to resolve the matter mutually, while the fate of the marriage was nearly destroyed because of too much love.
5. A woman sought divorce from her husband who is preparing for UPSC exams in India
Cracking UPSC exams in India is like chasing one’s childhood dream to secure a future therein. But have you heard that chasing a dream can end one’s marriage?
A similar incident happened in 2019 when a woman in Bhopal moved to the local family court seeking a divorce from her husband for focusing on exams more than her. Her husband preparing for the UPSC examination did not have time so she filed for divorce.
The husband was so into books, that he did not want to watch movies, or go shopping. He doesn’t give her enough time or at least visits relatives at times. Thus, the wife used to feel frustrated the most.
