Actor Kevin Spacey pokes about his Gay rumors as he sings the opening song at Tony Awards! Seems he doesn’t want to keep it a secret anymore…

And did you listen to the lyrics carefully? Most of them were stupidly humorous of course. Parodying various songs and artists, he expressed his qualities to be a host and gave a nod to the rumors regarding his sexuality.
Kevin Spacey says “I’m coming out…”
Firstly, he was dressed up as the main character of “Dear Evan Hansen” with a cast on which was written “HOST” with the hashtag. We were not to forget that he was this evening’s host, as he made sure to remind us.
Not kidding but it was about 10 minutes long funny, and actually politicized starting. If you haven’t watched the video and listened to that song, watch it out yourself now!
Did you see? He was all on about his hosting abilities but still not being able to be the first choice of all. How can one forget the previous Tony Awards hosts who accompanied him on stage for the opening giving him some advice?
Whoopi Goldberg was the one to be remembered to whom Kevin asked:
“Whoopi, how long have you been in that closet?”
But this question backfired on him as she replied:
“Well, Kevin, it depends on who you ask.”
If all of these politicized lyrics were not enough to grab your attention, Spacey even added humor about his sexuality to his jokes when he was dressed up like Norma Desmond from Sunset Boulevard and sang:
“I’m coming out… No wait no…”
Okay, so is he really coming out? Maybe it is finally time for him to come out of the closet. Not only did his lyrics make no sense, but his dress-up as Norma Desmond also made it even more of a senseless thing.
Also, it’s not every day you hear such things. He has been among those celebrities to be rumored as gay but never had he ever been open about his sexuality and his personal life.
Although he was single, it didn’t seem to be a big deal for him to joke about it on stage. It might just have been a fun fact but as we all know it has started to raise a question in every people’s mind.

Spacey’s previous statements on his sexuality
People have been questioning Kevin Spacey’s sexuality for years now. His resounding “NO” response to their questions each time left them unsatisfied.
Once he was interviewed in The Daily Beast by a gay reporter where he was clearly asked about why was he hiding his real self.
To this, he seemed shocked and answered:
“Look, I might have lived in England for the last several years, but I’m still an American citizen and I have not given up my right to privacy.”
He then added:
“People have different reasons for the way they live their lives. You cannot put everyone’s reasons in the same box. It’s just a line I’ve never crossed and never will.
Look, at the end of the day, people have to respect people’s differences. I am different than some people would like me to be. I just don’t buy into that the personal can be political. I just think that’s horses–t. No one’s personal life is in the public interest. It’s gossip, bottom line. End of story.”
Though he had said “End of story” already, what can the reason be behind him poking at those rumors? Maybe he wanted to just make his act funny but this was not the only way you make a funny act. Maybe it’s high time to come out now. There still are questions related to this topic but there is only one person who can answer them. That’s Kevin Spacey himself.
