A family of three! Aaron Tveit and his fiancee Ericka Yang welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in November 2024.

The 41-year-old Broadway actor confirmed the news in a statement shared with People magazine, expressing their joy.

“My fiancee Ericka Yang and I welcomed a baby girl in November, We couldn’t be happier she’s finally here, and we’re full of gratitude during this holiday season.”

The baby’s arrival news comes nearly five months after the couple announced their pregnancy through Instagram.

In July 2024, Aaron shared a beach selfie cradling Yang’s baby bump and captioned it with, “Table for 3.”

Aaron Tveit and Ericka Yang first met while performing together in the original Broadway cast of Moulin Rouge! in 2019.

Shortly after their initial meeting, they were spotted cuddling at the show’s opening night party in July 2019, which sparked dating rumors.

Despite the public interest, they chose to keep their relationship private until May 2021, when Tveit confirmed their status by posting a heartfelt birthday tribute to Yang on social media.

In this post, he shared a photo of her laughing as he kissed her cheek, captioning it with heartfelt words,

“My favorite picture of you. My favorite smile. Happy Birthday @erickahunter I love you!”

The couple then made their first public appearance together on the red carpet at the Tony Awards in September 2021.

At the event, Tveit won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for his role in Moulin Rouge!

During his acceptance speech, a Tony-winning actor acknowledged Yang’s support, thanking her for her love and patience.

Before the award show, Aaron shared with POPSUGAR that Yang gave him a special gift to celebrate his first Tony nomination. He told the outlet,

In addition to sharing the stage with Tveit, Yang performed as a core dancer in the Apple TV+ series Schmigadoon! alongside him, who is now the father of her child.

Recently, while announcing their pregnancy, they also hinted at their engagement, as Yang was seen wearing a diamond ring.
