Jason Biggs, 44 was deep into booze and drugs. When he found it difficult to handle, he started rehab. And now for the past year, he has not touched alcohol or prohibited drugs.
He celebrated his one year of sobriety and revealed it to his fans on his social media.
He wrote on his Instagram on 11 October 2018:
“I first tried to get sober over 5 years ago, when the weight of my obsession with booze and drugs became too heavy for me to handle,”
Jason added:
“Turns out this s—t is hard. After some fits and starts, I’ve managed to put together one year of sobriety.”
He had written this under the picture of the Alcoholics Anonymous chip commemorating the milestone. He is proud of being able to reach this milestone and told his fans:
“If you’re struggling, there’s help. Don’t be ashamed. We can do this.”

Jason Biggs’ wife Jenny Mollen also congratulated and praised her husband for having reached this milestone and being able to overcome his addiction. Jenny, 39 wrote:
“So proud of my husband today,”
“Congrats baby. I know how hard you work, I see you, I love you. Thank you for your fight.”
She uploaded a picture of Jason kissing her cheek.

Jason and Jenny dated and got married in April 2008. The couple has a son named Lazlo, 1, and Sid who is 4. The parents are proud of their kids but Jason revealed in an interview in October 2017 that Lazlo does not always have the best behavior. He said:
“He’s actually a really good baby. We’ll literally go hours and we’ll be like, ‘Have you changed him?’ … ‘No, I haven’t changed him. Have you changed him? Should we check his diaper?’ We check his diaper and there’s like a blowout. We’re like, this poor kid has been sitting in a pile of his own s—t for the last — how long?!”

Jason started as a child artist when he was 5. In 1991, he was cast in the Fox series Drexell’s Class. He appeared in a commercial on TV for Pathmark.
He had said in a 2016 interview about this commercial:
“I remember I had to eat a doughnut in one of the shots. Over and over again. Awesome.”
He also has done theater performances. Biggs was nominated for an Emmy Award for the daytime soap opera titled As The World Turns. He starred in American Pie which got him fabulous fame.
He became an international star and got several good offers in films after that. Biggs did Saving Silverman, Anything Else, and was also part of the reality show called Blowin’ Up.
