Adam Sandler was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 9, 1966. When Adam was six years old, his family relocated to Manchester, New Hampshire. He graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 1988. Before graduating, Adam began acting professionally, making cameo appearances in The Cosby Show and the MTV game show Remote Control. Following graduation, he began obtaining intermittent film appearances in films such as 1989’s Going Overboard.
