Alex Rodriguez, 47, has found the love of his life. The former MLB star officially revealed his romance with the fitness guru Jac Cordeiro on Instagram over the weekend.
Rodriguez took to Instagram on Sunday, December 18, confirming his relationship with Jac with whom he began dating in around October this year.
He posted a picture with his girlfriend Jac for the first time posing alongside his daughters from his previous relationship, Natasha, 18, and Ella, 14, in front of a Christmas tree in New York. Actually, the athlete shares his daughter with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.
He then simply captioned the happy post,
“From our hearts to yours, Merry Christmas,” along with the hashrags “family”, “joy”, and “grateful”.

In the photographs, Jac stunned in a mustard yellow mini dress and paired the look with snakeskin-printed pumps. While Alex looked dapper in a white shirt with a black suit jacket.
When did Alex Rodriguez and Jac Cordeiro begin dating?
Alex and Jac first sparked the romance in October just one month after he reportedly break up with Kathryne Padgett. The former Yankees slugger had split with Kathryne in less than a year of dating.
The 25-year-old Padgeet was the first woman Rodriguez dated publicly following his 2021 breakup with his ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez.
While Alex and Jac’s romance started being speculated after the two were spotted together walking hand in hand down Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California.
At the time, a source confirmed to Page Six that the athlete was “enjoying spending time” with a fitness instructor for some time.
The source added,
“Friends say he’s very happy and enjoying [their] time together. He’s enjoying spending time with her. She’s great! She’s a former nurse and a mother of two,”
“He’s great with her and really happy.”

Jac Cordeiro is a 42-year-old entrepreneur and the owner of her own fitness program, JacFit, according to her Instagram Bio. She is active on Instagram under the username @jac_lynfit with more than 81.7k followers.
Similarly, she also includes on her IG bio as an RN-Fitness expert and lifestyle transformation specialist. Cordeiro, on the other hand, is also a registered nurse and has a master’s degree in nutrition.
