Alexander Ludwig and his wife Lauren Ludwig finally welcome their rainbow baby who is also their first child.
The new parents revealed that their baby was born four weeks early with the new mom sharing an adorable snap of them embracing their newborn on social media.
The proud mom captioned the picture,
”Leni James Ludwig decided to come on her own schedule 4 weeks early,”
“Born 4/27/23 at 7:24am.”
Lauren added that her husband was “in another state filming and made it back just in time.”
She added,
“A labor story for the books,”
Alexander had to wait until February to reveal his wife’s pregnancy until “things were looking promising” in February.
At the time, the Hunger Games actor shared a snap with his wife and wrote,
“It’s been a long road,”
”We suffered 3 losses before this one but each one of those losses taught us about ourselves and each other,”
The 30-year-old revealed at the time that their baby was due in May.

Along with posting a pink GIRL balloon on his hotel bed, Ludwig also called the baby-to-be a “babina” in his caption.

Ludwig praised his wife after three miscarriages
The couple announced their pregnancy news just a year after the jewelry designer got candid about their third miscarriage to remind those suffering that they are not alone.
Sharing a photo from a hospital bed in May 2022, the grieving star wrote,
“I have gone back and forth on whether or not to post anything about this but decided we all need to start talking about the truth more,”
“I wanted to share because I don’t think it’s a shameful thing to talk about.”
The THEIR creator continued,
“I want to help others realize how common miscarriages are,”
“This will forever be a part of our story.”
Alexander also shared a post where he revealed he was astounded by his wife’s honest words.
He wrote,
“Your resilience through this just is one more of the countless reasons I love you,
“All the bumps life throws our way, we got this.”
Alexander and Lauren made their relationship public in 2020 and married in Utah that same year.
