American former soccer player, Ali Krieger, 40 has found new love. She and her ex-wife, Ashlyn Harris, 39 had divorced more than a year back. Ali moved on and has a new female partner in her life. Who is she?

Who is the new girlfriend of Ali Krieger?

It was in September 2023 that the lesbian couple, Ali Krieger, 40 and Ashlyn Harris, 39 divorced. Both the former soccer players had a bitter divorce.

But now, it looks like Ali has taken the step forward and found new love in her life. She introduced this new woman in her life on her Instagram platform.

Ali revealed on her Instagram Story that there is a wonderful woman in her life and that she has moved on from Ashlyn. The new girlfriend of Ali is also a soccer player and a former Arsenal team member. Her name is Jen Beattie.

Jen had shared a snap of herself and Ali enjoying red wine together and laughing. The caption read:

“Thankful for you.”

“Happy Thanksgiving my love.”

Ali uploaded the same post on her social media with the caption:

“You have no idea..”

Followed by a few red heart emojis.

Who is Jen Beattie?

Jen is 33 years old and from Scotland. She started football playing during her school days. She was captain of the Glasgow Primary School select team. Jen was on the Hamilton Academical’s boy’s soccer team as well.

At age 15, Jen played for Scottish Women’s Premier League and her team was Queen’s Park FC Ladies team. Later, she played for a year and half for the Celtic Ladies.

Jen moved to Arsenal Ladies in July 2009. She played for Montpellier HSC for two years before switching to Manchester City Women in 2015.

After a short stint with Melbourne City, Jen returned to Arsenal. This year in February, she started play for Bay FC of the NWSL.

She was dating English reality TV star, Amber Gill, 27 who won Love Island UK 2019, but the two parted ways in December 2023.

Ali Krieger’s relationship history

Ali was in a relationship with Ashlyn Harris and on 13 March 2019, the two had an engagement. On 28 December 2019, the two exchanged wedding vows in Miami, Florida.

On 14 February 2021, the two adopted a two-day old baby, daughter Sloane Phillips Krieger-Harris. Subsequently, on 16 August 2022, they went on to adopt a boy, Ocean Maeve Krieger-Harris.

But on 19 September 2023, Ashlyn filed for divorce from Ali. Ali was unaware of it and came to know through news. Ali revealed:

“I found out at training.” 

“I was on the field. And I came off the field, in the locker room, and I was obviously devastated.”

Her teammates and friends were going to have a dance party that night but it was cancelled due to the sad news.

Ali separately filed for divorce in December 2023. She put in a request for equal division of assets and liabilities. She wants Ashlyn to pay her legal fees and child support allowance for the two kids.

Ali is an analyst for ESPN after her retirement from active play in March 2024.
