How to take selfies with unknown animals?
Allan takes selfies with animals that are not his pets. They are strangers to him. He poses and takes the perfect pictures with them. But besides clicking pics with them, he also really cares for them. For his fans, Allan has put up a video in which he explains the tactics to click selfies with these animals. He shows how to have the best picture with a quokka.
Allan explains that firstly one needs to respect these tiny animals. One should have true love for them and approach them with kindness and cautiously. The Irishman is particularly a fierce advocate of quokkas. These are plentiful in Australia: on the islands off the coast of western Australia, and particularly on the Rottnest Island. Rottnest island is close to the city of Perth. It has white sand beaches with shallow waters and secluded coves.
Talking about the best moments as an adventurer, Allan revealed:
“I think honestly was the first time I met a crocodile. I’d never seen a crocodile in real life before and the first one I got to see, in Crocosauraus Crove in Darwin, was a five and a half metre giant which they basically just threw me in front of. It’s like seeing a prehistoric dinosaur up close.”
