“When we finally got together, Armie really wanted to get married. He sat me down and said, ‘Look, we don’t have to do this. We could just go our own ways, and then one day you’ll be 40 and divorced and we’ll run into each other, and we’ll laugh and go out to dinner and have this same connection, and we’ll wonder why we wasted all of that time. Or we could just do it now and enjoy the ride.'”

Hammer’s life after having children

Armie Hammer, being raised in a foodie family didn’t know how to cook by himself. After the marriage, he was dependent upon his wife for food. The 6 feet 5 inches tall actor revealed that he learned cooking after his child was born. While his wife had to nurse the baby, he learned how to cook. Isn’t it an adorable and husband goal? Chambers, while in a culinary show, The Chew revealed,

“I had cooked for years and years and years… Since I was little… We were married for six years before we had children, and I made every meal from scratch every day. Then, when we had our daughter, I think after, like, week two, he thought he was going to starve to death or only eat take out the rest of his life! He was like, ‘So… Are you gonna cook again, ever?’ (I was like), ‘I have a baby, I am nursing 24/7, you feed you!'”

She also shared that with time, her husband has improved his cooking skills. She adds,

“At that point, he kinda figured out how to feed himself. He became really into cooking. He literally could not boil an egg before, and then all of a sudden he’s like, master of the omelettes, master of the grill … It’s been very convenient, I love it!”
