Blac Chyna and Tyga and their new custody settlement
Christmas is around the corner and American model, Blac Chyna and her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Tyga have given each other a pleasant Christmas gift.
Ultimately, they have settled on the custody of their son, King Cairo. Both seem to be winners with the new settlement that they reached after a bitter custody battle that lasted many years.
Blac Chyna has decided to have her legal name Angela White back. She and her ex, Tyga, 34 will not share joint legal as well as physical custody of their son, King Cairo who is now 11 years old.
Blac had demanded some money from Tyga for child support because she said that she is finding it hard to meet ends these days.

But now the two have decided that Tyga will not have to pay anything to Blac for rearing their son. She will have to manage the financial issues herself.
TMZ has revealed that insiders stated that the two have reached an amicable solution and custody schedule for sharing King Cairo.
The new custody schedule of King Cairo
Blac, 35 will take care of King from Friday to Monday. And Tyga will keep him under his care from Tuesday to Thursday.
Thus, Blac will have him for four days a week while father Tyga will keep him for three days a week. The parents will be able to make decisions as regards their son’s education, health, and general welfare.
The Judge who approved the arrangement also warned the two that they could not talk ill of each other in front of their son. They should mind their tongues and be respectful towards each other.
Moreover, the two will have to enter into a training program wherein they will be taught how to not badmouth each other and how to monitor the conversation while co-parenting.
Blac’s petition in July 2023
This amicable solution comes after Blac filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on 24 July 2023. This petition was to determine the parental relationship.
In this application, she had also requested joint custody and child support for King. At that time, she used to have King only for 24 hours a week and was not happy with this solution.
Blac had also detailed her financial condition in the petition and asked for child support from Tyga.
She stated that Tyga gets a lot of monthly earnings from his album sales, Las Vegas residency, clothing brand sales, and endorsements. Whereas she gets only a meager sum of average USD 72k per month as earnings.

But the earnings in these ventures have dropped and she has lesser earnings now compared to that in the past.
The couple met in 2011 and began dating. In 2012, King was born. The two engaged one month after King’s birth.
Instability crept into their relationships and a rift began when Tyga got closer to Kylie Jenner who was a minor at that time.
Blac and Tyga called off their engagement in 2014. In mid-2015, Tyga and Kylie began dating and Blac had revealed that they kicked her out of the house.
