GB decathlete Ben Gregory, 31 is in a coma after he met a severe bike crash after being knocked over by a car.
The fiance of Ben Gregory reveals he is on Life Support after a bike crash
Ben aka Benjamin Gregory who has represented Wales and Great Britain in three Commonwealth Games, is in a coma after meeting an accident.
He got himself multiple hemorrhages after a car knocked him off his bike as his fiancee Naomi Heffernan announced over Instagram,
“Ben was in a serious bike accident. He has a fractured skull, neck and multiple haemorrhages to his brain. He’s in a coma and on life support.”
Further revealing that the decathlete needs prayers after the 21 August 2022 horrific incident, she added,
“Ben needs your positive thoughts and prayers right now. Those that know Ben know how strong he is mentally and physically, he’s a fighter and he’ll get through this.

The family of Gregory is waiting for taking him off sedative while others are praying
Ben Gregory’s girlfriend and family are in 24-hour wait as doctors prepare to take the decathlete off sedation the next day after the accident.
He is currently hospitalized after being struck by a car while cycling and severely destroying his skull. Meanwhile, Welsh Athletics paid tribute to Gregory in a statement after having a clue about his accident.
“Please pray for him and send all the positive energy and thoughts you can muster. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ben’s friends and family at this time.”
Ben Gregory who was currently the coach at the gym Manor London is no longer standing strong but the prayers are. Fellow British athletics stars have been sending him their well-wishes.
Former world champion hurdler Dai Greene also tweeted about his speedy recovery. Also, Former Team GB heptathlete Kelly Sotherton also talked about the accident of Ben Gregory tweeting:
“Ben @bengregz was hit by a car on Friday and now on life support and a coma. He’s the energy that we all love on the team. Sending all my prayers to you to fight this one .. you’ve got this Ben xxxx”
