Where does Caitlyn Jenner stand with Kris Jenner after eight years of divorce?
Caitlyn Jenner recently made an appearance on the UK daytime talk show “This Morning” where she gave an update on her relationship with Kris Jenner.
“Kris [and] I really never talk to anymore. Yeah, it’s sad, If there’s any communication, my manager kind of talks to her and when you have as many kids as I have, You’re closer to some than you are to others … I certainly see them and we do this and that,”
In 2015, Caitlyn and Kris got divorced after 22 years of marriage. The former couple shared two children together Kendall Jenner, 27, and Kylie Jenner, 26.
Besides, the Olympic gold medalist, 73, was also stepfather to Kourtney Kardashian, 44, Kim Kardashian, 42, Khloé Kardashian, 39, and Rob Kardashian, 36, from Kris’ previous marriage to Robert Kardashian.
Caitlyn admitted that she is closer to her own daughters than the Kardashian sisters as they once were.
“I’m much closer to the Jenner side, but Kris, I don’t really have any more contact with her. It’s kind of sad because we went through a lot”
Besides, the I Am Cait alum came to the talk show to promote her three-part tell-all series, “House Of Kardashian”. The show is set to premiere on Sky Documentaries on October 8th.

The series will explore the family’s dynamics, along with their scandals, controversial business deals, and personal struggles.
Jenner told “This Morning” that she joined the show for the sake of the Kardashians.
“I was happy to participate in the interview process to share my side which points to the strength, influence, and prowess my family has in captivating the world’s attention and keeping it over the years. I am incredibly proud of all my children and step children.”
How was Caitlyn Jenner’s relationship with the Kardashians family?
Caitlyn has had a tumultuous relationship with the Kardashians family over the years. The thing became strained between Jenner and the family after she divorced Kris in 2013.
A few times after they divorced, Caitlyn identified as a woman. Similarly, her relationship with her stepchildren was negatively impacted after the release of her 2017 memoir, “The Secret of My Life.”
Jenner wrote in her book,
“I tell Kris about my gender issues before I make love to her. This will always be a subject of dispute between Kris and me as to how much she could intuit about my gender issues. She insists that she was taken by surprise by my ultimate transition to Caitlyn…I told her I dressed as a woman, and she knew I did because I did it several times in front of her after we were married.”

However, Kris quickly came in defense and confronted in front her daughters in an episode of KUWTK.
“Everything she said is all made up. Why does everything have to be that Kris is such a bitch and an a–hole? All through the book—Kris knew. Kris knew before I even made love to her. I’m like, ‘What? I’ve never been so angry and disappointed in somebody in my whole life. I’m done,”
Similarly, Kim slammed the Olympian calling her a ‘liar’ although she has always had her back.
At the time, a source revealed that Kendall’s relationship with the former athlete had also grown “very strained” while Kylie had managed to keep the peace and not take sides.
Further, Caitlyn wasn’t invited to stepdaughter Kourtney’s wedding to Travis Barker in Italy last year.
