Real-Life Experience with Mental Health
Camila Cabello is even adding her real-life experience with anxieties, panic attacks, and similar mental health issues, not a joke though.
Likewise, the Psychofreak songstress Cabello gave an interview on Rolling Stone about how being completely honest on her new album Familia led her to a path of mental healing.
“It just made me so much more open and vulnerable in my friendships, and then in my performances, and then in my interviews. It had this domino effect on every other area of my life.”

Camila Cabello opened up on how discussing mental health in some cultures is as regarded weak but she still manages to make a voice for that,
“Having these conversations — especially in the Latin community — I feel like I want to talk about it more in Spanish and with that community too. Even talking about it with my family, it’s so different.”

In response to Selena Gomez’s question on misconceptions about mental health, Cabello said
“People like my parents’ age have such shame about needing therapy or feeling anxiety. The stigma around saying that you need help is something that frustrates me because sometimes people can be like, No, I don’t need that, I just need free time, or whatever.”
Some claim mental issues are shameful and address stigmas, what has Cabello said on this?
“Obviously, that’s valid, but just because you’re in therapy doesn’t mean something is more wrong with you than other people.”
Asking for Help with Mental Issues is okay?
Camila Cabello also added it is important to have access to somebody who can feel your pain,
“finding people that you feel safe to say that around is the most relaxing thing. Ironically, when you feel very panicky and somebody is like, Oh, okay, that’s okay, I get that, it ends up slowly going away.”
On the contrary, she mentions,
“Whereas if you feel like you’re in that situation and you can’t say anything, it just makes everything ten times worse.”
