Cardi B Pays Emotional Tribute to Takeoff at his Celebration of Life Ceremony!

Cardi B remembers Takeoff’s legacy
Cardi B is mourning the passing of Takeoff.
B paid a heartwarming tribute to her late friend after his Celebration of Life ceremony on Friday in Atlanta.
Cardi revealed that she feels great pain and sorrow due to his death.
The WAP rapper took to Instagram where she posted a lengthy caption alongside some throwback images of Takeoff.
Cardi started:
“The impact you had in this world was so considerable and we have struggled to grasp this tragedy,”
“I am heartbroken but I am grateful for all the precious memories we got to share while you were here with us. This has truly been a nightmare and the pain is incomparable.”
The Be Careful rapper is married to Offset, who is Takeoff’s cousin. B did not forget to mention that her husband and Quavo, who together worked to form the rap group Migos with the late rapper are feeling empty. She also prayed for their strength.
The mother-of-two also said it hurts her to think of Takeoff’s impact on the music industry because she knows “it will never be the same again.”
Cardi concluded:
“I will remember your remarkable talent and your dope ass personality,”
“I pray that you are at peace and in paradise because you deserve every bit of it. I know God opened the heavenly gates for you with a warm embrace. Rest in power TakeOff ??I will also love you 4L & after.”

Fans and friends paid their last goodbye to the rapper
Many of Cardi’s friends and fans flocked to the comment section to give their condolences and prayers to the late artist.
Lizzo wrote:
“Praying for you and your family still, ❤️.”
One fan wrote:
R.I.P Takeoff, I feel so bad, u r now in my prayers brother.”
Another one added:
”God bless us through it all in the name of Jesus. We love you Takeoff.”
Earlier this week, B publicly mourned her friend’s death by reposting a video in which he spoke about the importance of family.
The emotional video showed the Bad and Boujee rapper as a boy with his mom. He tweeted it:
“It’s always going to stay with me, too. I ain’t never going to take it off,”
Takeoff, whose real name is Kirsnick Khari Ball, died after being shot in Houston on November 1. He was 28.
A coroner’s report that came out last week showed that the young rapper was shot in his head and torso and he died on the spot.
The rapper’s killer went missing but police are doing their best to find conclusions on the fatal incident.
After his remembrance ceremony in Atlanta, many stars came together for his funeral on Friday.
