Thus, it is an open secret. But now Hollywood publicist Jack Ketsoyan has pulled the curtains off this common thing going on in the entertainment industry.

Celebrities make and break relationships. Many of them may be true but a significant number of such relationships are fake. And, they are created for various reasons.
All this is common and known in Hollywood but no one talks about it. But now the Hollywood publicist Jack Ketsoyan decided to spill the beans about this notorious practice of the La-La-land.

Jack Ketsoyan recently spoke to Mamamia on their podcast The Quicky. Additionally, he explained all about fake relationships. He also admitted that he had created quite a few such false relationships for various reasons and has, been successful in achieving the goal it was meant to be for. Jack said:
‘It’s to be able to sell the hype of it – whether [it’s] a concert, album… or getting people to go to see the movie, it all about the hype at the moment. With the social media world… nobody is reading magazines as they used to, things spread like wildfire. Hollywood is a very small town and people talk.’

The reasons for projecting fake relationships in Hollywood
Jack explained that the reasons for such fake relationships are multiple. They may be to promote celebrity names or that of the film or TV series in which the celebrity appears.
Jack said that he used to work for the PMK-BNC agency in LA. On that job, he had faked up two such relationships. One of them was for a career boost for a female celebrity and it helped her become a household name.
Many of these false relationships are created for the hype associated with them. Jack disclosed that one such fake relationship was created since the celebrity wanted to take away people’s attention from his flop film.
In the past, such relationships were faked when a celebrity was gay so that people do not know about it and it continues to remain a secret.
Jack revealed that there are certain steps in the making of these fake relationships. The two involved in it first sign a ‘love contract’. By this, they are legally bound for a year or so for fake dates.
There is a period for this contract. Once the time is over, the celebrities are free to be their own. They may have to announce that they have split and then go their separate ways…
