The Fantastic Beasts actor, Ezra Miller is now free from a court restraining order. Last month, a Hilo couple filed a petition for a temporary restraining order against Miller on the same day the actor was arrested.
The temporary restraining order was filed in the Third Circuit District Court. A judge had granted the restraining order petition, saying it was needed to prevent future harassment.
According to the filing, the 29-year-old actor threatened a couple who allegedly provided him with a home to stay in while he was in Hawaii and stole some of their personal belongings.
The actor threatened the alleged male victim by saying,
“I will bury you and your slut wife,”

Similarly, Miller stole a passport and wallet from their bedroom which also included a social security card, a driver’s license, and bank cards. As per the claim, the couple was the one who bailed Miller out of jail on a $500 bond following his arrest on a charge of disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar.
The incident happened hours later, back at his house after his bailing.
Why does the Hilo couple no longer want to pursue the petition?
Two weeks later, the Hilo couple dropped the restraining order against actor Ezra Miller.
On Monday, April 11, a judge dismissed the restraining order after the couple requested it according to court documents. However, William Dean, a lawyer who represents the couple, refused to comment on dismissing the restraining order case.
Although this case has been dismissed, Miller has to present in court on April 26 for a hearing for the arrest case.
