Recently there are 31506 cases of coronavirus in Italy of which 2503 people died, 2941 people recovered, and 26062 people are fighting the virus while 2060 people are in serious condition. Thankfully there are no new cases of the coronavirus in Italy.

Donatella Versace and Allegra gave the helping hand
The Italian fashion designer icon and her daughter Allegra Versace announced that they donated $200,000 to Milan’s San Raffaele hospital to provide help to the people who are fighting coronavirus.
She went to her in an official Instagram account where she announced that she and her daughter have donated a generous amount of funds to the hospital. The mother-daughter duo also praised the hard work of doctors and nurses who are fighting for the lives of people.
The fashion designer wrote:
“In times like this, it is important to be united and support however we can to help all those who are in the front lines, fighting every day to save hundreds of lives. This is why, Allegra and I have decided to make a personal donation of €200,000 to the intensive care department of San Raffaele hospital in Milan.”
Furthermore, she also praised the hard work and heroism of the medical personnel. They are continuously working to save the lives of people.
“Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by this disease and to all the doctors and medical staff who have been working heroically non-stop in the past weeks in the effort to take care of our loved ones.”
At the current time, Italy has the biggest number of patients who are infected with the coronavirus. In addition, the entire country including School officers hotels, and restaurants are on lockdown to prevent the virus from spreading.
Another big name who made the donation
Previously Milan based designer, Giorgio Armani, made a donation of 1.2 million dollars. He donated to help the people who are fighting the virus. As per the report, the health sector of Milan’s Lombardy region is in the condition of collapsing. Moreover, the Intensive Care Unit is under serious pressure and the number of death is increasing rapidly.
Furthermore, Armani donated the money to three Milan-based hospitals. As per the report, he also donated to Rome’s Spallanzani hospital and the Civil Protection Agency. He also has kept some of his projects on hold after the outbreak of the virus.
