This is how Jennifer Gwynne is planning to raise money for her stepson’s education
Jennifer Gwynne is taking advantage of being the ex-girlfriend of the richest man on the planet.
She put up old pictures of Elon Musk from college days for auction hoping to earn a good amount of money from it.
According to a report, Gwynne is doing so to raise money for her stepson’s college fees while some are saying she is doing it solely for publicity.
Jennifer dated the Tesla founder in 1994 when the two were studying together at the University of Pennsylvania in their early 20s.
She is now auctioning their old photographs along with some personal items.
The pictures of the former lovebirds are from 1994 when they were both dating. Their relationship lasted a year. Gwynne also shared with some news outlets that their romance was sweet but not extremely affectionate.
The couple called it quits when Musk moved to Palo Alto in 1995. It was when he started dating his first wife, Justine Wilson.
Gwynne said:
“We met in the fall of 1994. I was a junior and he was a senior. We were in the same dorm and we worked together,”

What’s available for auction?
Jennifer thought that she hadn’t thought of making money out of the photographs went the two were together. She thought that now it was her turn as she saw others making money off their mementos from the billionaire.
She said:
“I have had these pictures and the notes for a long, long time. But now I’m like, ‘Well the man cannot stay out of the headlines,’ so,”
Jennifer put up fifteen photographs of the billionaire, some his solo, and some with Jennifer and friends.
One of the photographs includes a signed birthday card from Musk and also a one-dollar note signed by him.
She is also auctioning a 14k gold necklace with a small green emerald that Musk gifted her.
The last date of the auction of each item is September 14.
