It’s over for Emma Chamberlain and Role Model
Split alert! Emma Chamberlain and Role Model are no longer a romantic couple. The two called it quits on their relationship after three years of dating.
A close source to the couple confirmed to E! News that they have parted ways.
The split comes less than a year after the couple went public with their relationship. They prefer to keep a low-key profile when it comes to their personal life.
In March 2022, they made their first public appearance on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
The same month, Model released a music video for his song, neverletyougo featuring a girl who looks like Emma, whose backside only appeared in the whole video.
They kept their romance secret for years until they got candid about their relationship during a Valentine’s Day interview with GQ magazine.
Emma said at the time,
“There’s parts of our relationship that are going to be private forever, and those things we keep sacred. Bit I don’t think we need to be secret anymore, It’s just like, I’m over that s–t.”
It was love at first sight for Role Model
Role, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, first saw Emma in TikTok in March 2020 during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the same day he downloaded the app.
In Emma’s TikTok video, she can be seen doing twerks to a Dayglow song in a bathroom. In an interview with GQ magazine, the musician said,
“For some reason—I don’t know why, had nothing to do with the twerking, I’m not a f–king creep—but it showed her personality, I feel like I’m good at reading people through a screen.”
He then slid into her DMs and started talking in messages for months until they finally met in person. It is reportedly Role’s first real relationship.
“Truthfully, I’ve always genuinely been against them. I can’t express it enough, I really was never picturing myself truly being in love.”
