Ex-husband of Kate Gosselin, Jon Gosselin celebrates his children’s birthday and shares on his Instagram. Has not posted a picture together since 2016
Family comes first, no matter you are an animal or a human being. Celebrities do not get much time to spend with their family because of their work commitment but however, they remove some time from their busy schedule and spend quality time whenever they meet each other.
It’s actor Jon Gosselin‘s dearest son’s 14th happy birthday on 12th May! His son, Collin Gosselin is rarely seen in public, hence Jon has shared the rare picture of his son on his social media handle, Instagram.
In the picture, birthday boy, Collin, Jon, and his daughter is posing with a birthday cake and pizza with the caption,
“Glad I could celebrate my son Collin’s 14th birthday with him and his sister!”
He also shared a picture with his bunch of kids with the caption,
“Happy 14th Birthday to Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden and Collin!!! I can’t believe it’s been this long!!! Whew that when fast!!! Daddy loves you all very much!!!”
A few days back i.e., on May 10, was Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, Jon’s daughter’s birthday and he took her for an outing to celebrate her born day as well. He shared the picture with his daughter on Instagram with the caption,
“Bday dinner with Hannah. Happy Birthday!!!”
Jon does not have permission to visit his children after the divorce
After the divorce with his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, the custody of their eight children(Mady and Cara, sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Leah, and Joel) was taken by television personality Kate.
Jon was allowed to see his children once a week for dinner or lunch, four of them at a time and he had no control of who he would get to meet at a time.
Because of that since 2016, we have not seen Jon with his children together. His son attends a boarding school, the program for special needs. However, in the picture, the father and children look happy.

Jon and Kate’s relationship
Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin married in the year 1999. They hosted the reality show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, which was a big hit. While they were in a relationship, they had eight children. But after a decade of their marital relationship, the couple decided to separate and divorced in the year 2009.
After they separated, Jon said that their relationship was ‘nearly nonexistent.’ He claims,
“Kate tells my kids a lot of stuff, and they tell me. I don’t want to get my kids in trouble, but she pretty much alienates me. ‘He’s a party boy. He does this…'”
He feels it’s unfair to him,
“I can’t do anything. It’s unfair of her to do that, considering she claims that she does her best for all my kids. Dah, dah, dah, drama. ‘I’m perfect.’ No one’s perfect, honey. Trust me.”
However, he loves all of his kids a lot and he will not trust himself to meet them and if the children want to meet him then he would happily meet.
