Flea announces he welcomes his first child with his wife Melody Ehsani
Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea is now a proud father of three. He recently welcomed his first child with his fashion designer wife Melody Ehsani.
In his recent appearance at the December 15 premiere of his new film Babylon, he revealed that he and Melody are blessed with their first child, whose gender is still under the wrap.

The 60-year-old musician disclosed to E! News that Ehsani gave birth to their child last week on December 12. Similarly, Flea is already a father to two; 34-year-old daughter Clara Balzary with ex-wife Loesha Zeviar and daughter Sunny Bebop Balzary, 17, with Frankie Rayder.
When the host Erin Lim Rhodes asked him how he was feeling about his family’s latest edition, he said,
“I’m very happy. I haven’t been doing a lot of sleeping but I’ve been doing a lot of floating on a cloud of love.”
In July, Melody announce their pregnancy news on Instagram sharing a series of snaps of a tiny baby bump.
A day before the Babylon premiere, Flea confronted that he ‘loved’ being a dad and couldn’t wait for the new arrival. He shared,
“I love being a dad, and I can’t even believe that I’m about to have another baby. I’m just excited about laying down at night with a little baby on my chest and smelling its little breath and feeling its soft little feel.”
He then went on to say to the publication,
“I haven’t been doing a lot of sleeping, but I’ve been doing a lot of floating on a cloud of love.”
