The Former Teen Model Kaja Sokola Accused Harvey Weinstein Of Sexual Assult In A New Lawsuit!
Kaja Sokola, who is a former teen model met Harvey Weinstein back in 2002. As per the model, he was the one who discovered that she was keen on acting when she was just 16 years old. She accused Harvey of sexually abusing her in the lawsuit.
Kaja Sokola accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual abuse!
A former Polish model Kaja Sokola has accused movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexually assaulting her. In the lawsuit, she mentioned that Harvey abused her when she was just 16-year-old. The 33-years-old former model had just moved to the United States in 2002.
As per the lawsuit, Harvey told her that he would arrange a lunch together but rather he took her to the apartment without her consent. She mentioned that he aggressively threatened 16-years-old her demanding sex.
The court paper reads:
“He told her that if she wanted to be an actress, she would have to be comfortable doing whatever the director told her to do — including losing her inhibitions and getting naked.”
Weinstein allegedly commanded the teenager to strip, and she complied, feeling as though she was no longer in control of her body. Moreover, he also molested Sokola though she was denying it, he came more aggressive as he was hunting prey. Furthermore, the court documents read:
“Sokola realized then he was determined to sexually satisfy himself with her in whatever way he wanted. He would not let her leave until after he terrified and sexually abused her.”
After assaulting her he insisted she believes that what happened there was normal. Despite being sorry, he told her that she needed to work on her stubbornness.

The former model is not accepting the ‘Global Settlement’!
This is not the first time someone has accused Harvey of sexual abuse. More than two dozens of actress and women employee has filed a lawsuit against him. The former film studio board member has gone for the settlement that includes the sum of more than $25 million.
Meanwhile, the model revealed that she will not go for the global settlement. On Thursday, she released a statement where she said:
“I cannot accept the proposed “global settlement” as fair or just. There is no accountability for the perpetrators, insufficient compensation for all of the victims, and millions of dollars going to people that I believe enabled Weinstein,”
Furthermore, she added that she is filing her case under New York’s Child Victims Act. Weinstein has vociferously denied any non-consensual sex allegations. The model also accused she gave up on her modeling and acting dreams because of him. She explained:
“I have long since moved on from modeling and, because of Harvey Weinstein, gave up on my dreams of acting” she said. “I have learned that some wounds never fully heal. Memories of sexual abuse are like a scar after a burn, but because the injury is to the psyche, it is invisible to everyone except the victim. By revealing my own scar, I hope to encourage others to speak up about their own experiences.”
