Cherry Hill Police reported the sexual assault charges filed to Gary Busey

Gary Busey is currently facing four counts of sexual contact and harassment in Monster Mania, a horror convention in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Reportedly during the meet and greet sessions last weekend, between Aug. 12 – 14, he was accused.

Cherry Hill Police Lt. Robert Scheunemann pinpointed that he touched three women inappropriately and more complaints to follow when he said,

“It was about contact. It was about touching. “

Gary Busey, 78, as per the legal documents faces two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of attempted criminal sexual contact, and one count of harassment charges.

The other actors, Ralph Macchio, Tom Skerritt, and Veronica Cartwright, were found innocent. There is a further investigation ongoing before shedding some true insights on what happened then.

What has the attorney/ lawyers said on Gary Busey’s case?

A lawyer for the convention, Nikitas Moustakas stated how Busey was removed within no time stating,

“Immediately upon receiving a complaint from the attendees, the celebrity guest was removed from the convention and instructed not to return.”

The attorney also revealed how supportive the convention was towards the woman when they talk about sexual harassment. He then continued passing statements,

“Monster-Mania also encouraged the attendees to contact the police to file a report. The safety and well-being of all our attendees are of the utmost importance to Monster-Mania, and the company will not tolerate any behavior that could compromise those values.”
