Tamron’s journey from KBTX, KTVT to WFLD TV
Everyone is aware of how Tamron Hall had always wanted to be a journalist, is it not? So, to pursue her career, Hall joined Temple University to study Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.
After being graduated, Hall started working as a general assignment reporter in the KBTX network of Bryan College Station, Texas in 1992.
Hall served as a reporter for 2 years in the Station, Hall moved to the KTVT network in Fort Worth, Texas where she worked from 1992 to 1997.
After her job there she then started her career in WFLD-TV in Chicago where she spent her life until she finally started working for NBC News.

Her work at WFLD TV was highly praised. As she was originally from Chicago, she was able to report the political issues in the place.
Hall was not only a general assignment reporter in WFLD. She also had posted as a consumer reporter and a host where she hosted the three-hour segment “Fox News in the Morning”.
A dream come true!
After working at WFLD TV for almost about 9-10 years, Hall joined MSNBC in 2007. This was where she got to make the dream of a girl from a small place be a world-renowned journalist.
Initially, she worked as the general reporter and a fill-in anchor.
She was the substitute anchor for Keith Olbermann on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. She has worked as a co-host and substitutes hosts for various shows and anchors.
Ooh! She even worked in the weekend interviews. This girl was sure to be busy for 24 hours.
Then a show was launched called News Nation with Tamron Hall in 2010. There she got to interview high-profile people and had chances to cover the U.S., global, and entertainment news.
The greatest coverage of the show includes a live television broadcast from Ground Zero in New York after the declaration of the terrorist Osama Bin Laden’s death, and the hallFinal Space Shuttle Launch in 2011.
She was a co-host of Today’s Take and became the first African American woman to be the c0-anchor of the show.

Hall’s sudden departure from NBC News
Just a few months back, Tamron Hall was trending because of her sudden decision of leaving her dream job. Why did she decide to leave her 10-year-long workplace?
Well, there is a reason. There was news of her contract getting ended in February 2017 but this wasn’t all the reason for her departure.
She was disappointed with NBC News when they decided to take Hall out of the Today Show and replace her with former tv anchor Megyn Kelly.
There were so many fans of Tamron Hall at the time that the company decided to take Hall back and offered her a multi-million dollar contract but Hall refused to take it back.

The reporter who is known to express her way of reporting through Facebook and Twitter, Tamron obviously has many followers.

After declaring her leave from NBC News, Hall finally decided to break her silence. She posted a video of her work on her Twitter account of the set of Deadline Crime in Potsdam, New York.
She is back at the shooting of the fifth season of Deadline Crime which airs on Investigation Discovery.
This show is produced by NBC’s Peacock production. During the two weeks off from her work, Hall attended Fashion parties in New York, Grammys weekend in Los Angeles, and Opera Balls. For the busy Tamron Hall, taking leave was just what we call a perfect idea.
