It is over! American TV personality, Holly Madison, 45 confirms that she has broken up with her boyfriend, Zak Bagans, 47 for good.

American TV personality and former girlfriend of the late Hugh Hefner, Holly Madison, 45 has split from her latest boyfriend, Zak Bagans, 47. She revealed this news on her podcast called Girls Next Level. Holly told her co-host, Bridget Marquardt on it. She spoke about it while talking about the recent demise of her close pal, Luke Trembath. She stated:

“And then the day after that, Zak and I broke up for good, for good,”

The former playboy model added:

“I know we’ve been very off and on, you guys are probably like, ‘You guys broke up last spring, right?’ ”

She continued:

“Yeah, it was very off and on for the course of the like five-and-a-half years we were together. We were very off and on for the past year, very much. So we broke up and I mean unfollowed on social media, which we’ve never unfollowed each other before through all the breakups.”

The relationship of the couple

It was in June 2019 that Holly and the American paranormal investigator, Zak had started dating. This was after her divorce from her estranged husband, Pasquale Rotella. Pasquale is founder of the Electric Daisy Carnival.

But as Holly admitted on the podcast, the relationship between her and Zak was very rough. They were in an on-again off-again type of a relationship and had broken up on several occasions.

But they had reconciled everytime. But now, the split is a permanent one.

Last year in March, Holly gave an exclusive interview to People magazine in which she revealed that Zak and she got close after doctors diagnosed autism in her at her age of 42. She said:

“I look back and I just see how I used to have so much trouble connecting with people. I think that played into some of the decisions I made,”
“Feeling like I connected with certain people easier and thinking, ‘Oh, this must be meant to be because I never connected with anyone before,’ kind of a thing, when really, I think it was just being on the spectrum was a difficulty for me.”

Zak was supportive of her at that time and she felt herself fortunate to have him in his life. However, the relationship crumbled and they are now separated for good.

Holly Madison’s past relationships

Holly had lost a lot of money and was in debt. She also ran a risk of becoming homeless. Therefore, in 2001, she shifted to the playboy mansion and became one of Hugh Hefner’s many girlfriends.

She worked for him and was sort of his captive. She wanted to marry him and bear his children. But marriage was never on the mind of Hugh. Later, on 7th October 2008, Holly disclosed that she has separated from Hugh.

In 2009, she said:

“I’m never dating anybody again. I don’t need a man. I’m really happy with myself and being with my friends… I’m focused on forwarding my career.”

But in 2011, she started a relationship with American music promoter, Pasquale Rotella. She gave birth to their first child, daughter Rainbow in Las Vegas in March 2013. The same year on 10th September, they wed in Disneyland.

The couple’s second child, son Forest arrived in August 2016. On 25th September 2018, the two split. And the court granted them divorce in February 2019.
