A spokesperson for the actor told Page Six,
“The alleged incident never happened,”
“In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter.”
The rep further said,
“The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again.”
The Rays’ actor’s spokesperson also noted that the Oscar winner is planning to pursue legal action against his accuser for defaming him.
They said,
“Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.”
A woman named only Jane Doe made shocking claims in her lawsuit that Foxx allegedly touched her inappropriately when she and a pal asked for a photo.
After that, she claimed that the actor told her she had a supermodel body and that she smelled so good.
After that, he apparently dragged her by the arm to the back of the rooftop and started touching her inappropriately.
She claimed Jamie who was drunk at the time placed both hands on her waist and then moved them under her top to rub her breasts.
The plaintiff further alleged that the abuse got worse when the actor slid his hands into her pants and put his fingers on and inside her private parts.

The woman also claimed that there were several witnesses present at the time, including guards, but they walked away as if nothing was happening. Therefore, she also named the restaurant as a defendant in her lawsuit.
The woman also claimed that she underwent medical treatment and suffered emotional stress as a result of the alleged “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”
Even though the alleged incident took place nearly a decade ago, the woman can still file a case because New York’s Adult Survivors is still active.
Internet users spoke after Fox’s statement. While many supported the actor, others extended their support to the woman as well.
One wrote,
”A new cottage industry supported by plaintiffs attorneys: please accuse someone of anything as long as you imagined it happened decades ago”
Another commented,
”2015 is not decades ago and, apparently, there were witnesses. Do you have something to confess? All of you who protest sound rather guilty of something.”
