Her father, Edward James Lewis was a factory worker whereas her mother, Dorothy Lewis used to be a nurse assistant. She is the youngest among her six siblings.

When the actress came to know about the scam, she sued him in the charge of wire fraud. Later, Antonio pled guilty to the charge in the first count.
