Joanna is also known for portraying the character of Babs Carter in Ready When You Are, Mr McGill and Mrs Peterson in Nativity 2: Danger in the Manger.

Currently, she is working as a co-present (with Melanie Sykes) on the BBC One consumer series Shop Well for Less. From 2023, she has been appearing as a regular panellist in Loose Women.
