Jon Bon Jovi is letting his son Jake Bongiovi live his life.
The It’s My Life hitmaker approves his 20-year-old son’s engagement to Millie Bobby Brown who is just 19.
The rocker who was on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live show on Tuesday was questioned if he has any worries about the young couple. He responded,
“I don’t know if age matters,”
“If you find the right partner and you grow together, I think that would be my advice, really, is growing together is wise.”
Jovi, 61, who has been married to his high school sweetheart, Dorothea Hurley since 1989 said that he was happy for his son and his future wife.
Aside from Bongiovi, the couple is also parents to other three kids: Stephanie, 29, Jesse, 29, and Romeo, 19.
The singer revealed that three out of his four kids are engaged and he also had some good words about his future in-laws.
He said,
“I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with and we like ’em all,” the “Livin’ On a Prayer”
On April 11, Brown announced on her Instagram that she and Biongiovi were engaged.
The Stranger Things star shared a black-and-white photo from her beach proposal with a caption,
“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all ,”
The young actor asked her hand in marriage with a round diamond ring that costs anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000, as per experts.

While the newly engaged duo looked ecstatic on social media, fans thought they were too young to take the big step.
