The legal documents also mention Justin’s past immature behavior. His lawyer claims that he was ‘sucker punched in the back of the head by one of Mr. Bieber’s babysitters’.

He further said that the lawsuit is nothing but a publicity stunt for a money grab. The lawyers of Tobias were not too happy with the accusations onagainstheir the client. They said:

“This lawsuit was not filed for publicity. If that was the case, it would have been filed at the time the assault was first reported.”

Tobias had got the winning puck during the Stanley Cup Finals and wants at all costs Justin to be held responsible for his misconduct.
