Tobias has filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber who allegedly accuses him of using the N-word against him. He wants the singer to be held accountable for hurling him a racial slur during a street fight that the two had in Cleveland.

He feels that Justin used the slur to humiliate him. This fight had occurred in 2016 in Cleveland after the NBA finals game.

The lawyer of Tobias states that Justin is fortunate that Tobias did not engage in any mutual combat with him during the heated exchange. “Mr. Bieber’s celebrity does not give him a license to use the ‘N’ word.”

The legal documents also mention Justin’s past immature behavior. His lawyer claims that he was ‘sucker punched in the back of the head by one of Mr. Bieber’s babysitters’.

Scooter Braun on behalf of Justin Bieber had said that his famous client might have done things in the past but he would never use the N-word.
