Katy Perry attended the coronation of King Charles III on May 6 and performed at the coronation concert the following day.

Now, an old video of Perry giving her opinion on Meghan Markle’s 2018 wedding dress is spreading like wildfire on the internet.

A year before Bloom proposed to her for marriage, the Roar hitmaker was asked what she thought about Markle’s bridal gown. The musician didn’t hesitate to speak about what she really felt about the dress.

Perry said with a wink at the time, “I would’ve done one more fitting,”

She also admitted in the interview that she loved Catherine‘s dress, saying, ”Kate won.”

The comment quickly divided fans in the comment section. While some agreed with Perry’s honesty, others thought she should have kept it to herself.
