Kellee Merrell is madly in love with TV host Ty Pennington. She said ‘yes’ to him when he proposed to her on 28th July 2021. Ty proposed to his beautiful girlfriend with a tear-drop-shaped diamond ring.
One of his representatives revealed that Pennington had popped the question to her over morning coffee on the dock of his home in Palm Coast, Florida.
Ty captioned the Instagram photo,
“It’s the ‘yes’ for me…”

The love story of Kellee Merrell and Ty Pennington
Kelle Merrell is a social media manager and they met each other in 2010. At the time Ty was filming a TV show in Toronto. They stayed connected for years through mutual friends. But their relationship did not bloom until they reconnected again in early 2020.
This time they decided to become quarantine buddies. Quarantine brought them close together and they decided to together forever. Ty revealed,
“I have admired Kellee from afar for years. She’s a beautiful person inside and out. Luckily our paths finally crossed at the right time. It’s one of those things where you just feel happy being around a person. I never thought I would get married, but she changed that. Glad I waited for the one.”
The couple has an age difference but it does not seem to bother them. They look happy and adorable together. Their well-wishers wasted no seconds congratulating the couple for their engagement.
Likewise, the couple also purchased a 19th-century house together in Savannah, Georgia, and are currently renovating it into their dream home. The couple is dead serious about their relationship and we can hope a wedding will be in near future.
