The reality TV star Khloe Kardashian is host of the TV show, Revenge body. After her divorce from Lamar Odom in 2013, Khloe began concentrating on herself and her well-being. She went through a difficult time but used it to transform herself. So how has she managed it?
Khloe Kardashian’s workouts
Actress Khloe has a rigid workout plan. She goes to the gym and does her exercises six days a week. She has allotted each day for a particular part of her body. Khloe starts the week with a cardio workout and on the next day focusses on her legs and butt area. Here, she does deadlifts to remain in shape. Later, comes the turn of core exercises. In this, she adds moves for balance and the entire body.
On fourth day of the week, Khloe again does cardio and prefers SoulCycle for it. And on day 5, she does exercises for her arms. She does total body workout on day 6 and includes battle ropes here. Day 7 is for rest.
Khloe Kardashian’s strict diet regime
Khloe eats healthy but adheres to a strict diet plan. She eats 7 times per day and her day starts with a protein shake. This has whey, almond butter, and fruit in it. She has snacks consisting of fruits in mid-morning. Her lunch is rich in proteins. Besides, she has fruits and vegetables throughout the day. At dinnertime, she has fish with veggies or a salad.
But she does cheat at times with her favorite food which is the Italian food, pizza. She shared with her 100.9 million fans about this. Khloe recently had uploaded a video on her Instagram. In this video, she could be seen testing out a brand new “keto” pizza in her neighborhood. She praised the pizza and called it her cheat meal. The gorgeous lady said in the video:
“My favorite cheat food is pizza”
“I can’t say no,”
“How do I feel good about eating this? I guess I just eat it and love life.”
Though pizza ranks in the category of unhealthy junk food, it could be made healthy in many ways. Replacing refined flour with whole wheat flour for the dough of the pizza base enriches it. Besides, instead of the cheese, one can use low-fat cheese. Toppings of healthy foods such as broccoli, tomatoes, and spinach increases the vitamin and mineral content of the pizza.
