A man named Dzhamal Badalov is suing actress Kim Delaney for an alleged hit-and-run incident that occurred in November 2022.
Dzhamal claimed the actress, 62, collided with his motorcycle while he was stopped at a red light on Venice Boulevard, Los Angeles and she allegedly ran away.
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday, January 23. The filing states that Badalov was not the only witness, as others noticed her driving erratically before the crash.
Similarly, the NYPD Blue star attempted to escape the scene but was stopped by some spectators.
When Kim finally got out of the car, she appeared unconscious and proceeded to call someone on her phone, suggesting that she had been drinking or using substances.
The alleged victim continues to say that Delaney allegedly urged him to talk to the person on the other side of the phone.
