Kirstie Alley’s Ex-Husband Parker Stevenson Remembers Her with an Emotional Tribute after Her Death!

Parker Stevenson misses his former wife Kirstie Alley
Parker Stevenson took to his Instagram account to pay tribute to his former wife Kirstie Alley, shortly after her death on On December 5.
It was official that the It Takes Two actress was silently suffering from colon cancer which was discovered shortly before her death.
Stephenson mourned the demise of his ex-wife and penned a heartfelt tribute on Monday. The Hardy Boys alum said that he will miss her a lot with a throwback picture.
He added:
“Dear Kirstie,”
“I am so grateful for our years together, and for the two incredibly beautiful children and now grandchildren that we have.”
The Baywatch alum, 70, concluded:
“You will be missed. With love, Parker.”
The former spouses married in 1983 and divorced in 1997. Their marriage came six years after Alley’s divorce from her first husband Bob Alley who was her high school sweetheart.
The couple welcomed son William, 30, and daughter Lillie, 28, before finalizing their divorce.
The late actress’s reps revealed the cause of her death, just one day after her passing.
Alley’s son, William, and daughter Lillie wrote in a lengthy social media statement:
“We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered,”

Kirstie’s close friends and co-stars paid tribute to her
The Cheers alum’s two adult children also mentioned that their mother fought with great strength before losing her life.
The grieving siblings started:
“We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered,”
“As iconic as she was on screen, she was an even more amazing mother and grandmother,”
They concluded:
“Our mother’s zest and passion for life, her children, grandchildren and her many animals, not to mention her eternal joy of creating, were unparalleled and leave us inspired to live life to the fullest just as she did,”
Many celebrities including Alley’s close friend John Travolta paid tribute to her. The stars who acted together in Look Who’s Talking shared a special friendship.
John shared a throwback photo of the star and captioned it:
“Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I’ve ever had,”
“I love you Kirstie.”
The Grease actor also said that he believes the two will see each other again.
Alley’s fellow Cheers alums also remembered her after the tragedy.
Kelsey Grammer wrote:
“I always believed grief for a public figure is a private matter, but I will say I loved her,”
Ted Danson also revealed that the actress had a heart of gold and thanked her for all the times she made him laugh.
Kirstie was a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award winner. She had 76 credits during her career.
