American TV personality, Kit Hoover, 54 is saying goodbye to her married life. She has filed for divorce from her husband of 25 years, Crowley Sullivan.

It is over! There is another grey divorce happening. This time, American TV host and journalist, Kit Hoover, 54 has called it quits from her marriage to husband, Crowley Sullivan. She filed for divorce from him at the Los Angeles Superior Court on 26th March 2025. The reason cited is irreconcilable differences.

There was news in December 2024 that Kit has separated from Crowley. The court documents mention the date of separation as 1st May 2024.

Kit has three children with Crowley and she has asked for joint physical and legal custody of the minor child.

Moreover, the documents add that she and Crowley have negotiated and reached a settlement about their finances. She has asked for financial support from her estranged husband.

The relationship timeline of the couple

Kit started dating Crowley and they exchanged wedding vows in August 1999. Crowley is the CEO of Athlete Advantage, which is a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) sports management company.

During the course of their married life, they had three children. They are daughter Campbell, 22, daughter Hayes, 21, and son Crowley Jr., 18.

In 2021, they had celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary. Kit has posted on her Instagram and wrote:

“Throwing it back to 1995…Crowl described me as ‘ALL GAS – NO BREAKS’… and to think I haven’t even hit full speed yet.”

Later in 2023, she uploaded a throwback photo of them both on her Instagram handle and captioned the post this:

“Holy Cow – We are 24 years old in this pic and NOW – Happy 24th anniversary Honeybun!!! Thanks for loving this lunatic and for our beautiful family that is my EVERYTHING. I love you.” She added the hashtags: “#stillhavingfun #stilltheone #grateful #joyfulliving.”

Kit Hoover’s professional life

Kit whose full name is Catherine Hoover completed her schooling from Marist School in Brookhaven in Georgia. Later, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained her Bachelor in Arts degree in journalism from there.

In July 1995, she became part of the cast of the show Road Rules on MTV. She switched to American journal show as an entertainment correspondent.

Subsequently, in 1999, she joined Fox news and hosted several shows on the channel. She hosted Cold Pizza on ESPN from August 2003 for one year. Moreover, she reported from the field for tennis events leaving the job in August or September 2006.

Kit also was part of TV Guide Channel and TLC as well as Access Hollywood. The University of North Carolina will be inducting her into their Media and Journalism Hall of Fame on 11th April 2025. The others to be honored on the occasion on same day are Allen Bosworth, Rich Beckman, LaToya Evans, Robyn Tomlin, and Woody Durham.
