The upcoming anime series, Record of Ragnarok is one of the most awaited series for anime lovers.
The OTT platform released its first official trailer on 27th March 2021.
The graphics and the action between the gods and humans made the heart pound with extreme joy for the anime lovers.

The trailer also gave a clue about the plot of the series. Furthermore, the trailer also gave a glimpse of characters including Thor, Zeus, Poseidon, Heracles, and Shiva in their godly looks.

10. Brunhild

The main protagonist of the anime, Brunhild is voiced by the Japanese voice artist, Miyuki Sawashiro. The Voice actress, Sawashiro started her career in the late ’90s with the Japanese manga and anime series, Di Gi Charat as Puchiko/Petit Charat.

Ever since she never looked back. Since that time, she has been part of anime such as Black Blood Brother, Dragon Ball Z jai, Nurarihyon no Mago, and Hunter X Hunter. Last, she signed with the voice agency, Aoni Production.

The character, Geir is a deuteragonist in the series. She happens to be the youngest sister among the 13 valkyrie sisters. The voice artist, Tomoyo Kurosawa voiced the character in the anime.

The general for ancient China, Lu Bu represented the humans at the first round of the Ragnarok against the gods. The character of voiced by voice actor, Tomokazu Seki.

Seki entered the voice industry in the early ’90s with the TV animation Mobile Suit Victory Gundam as Tomache Massarik & Chris Royd.

7. Thor

The prominent deity of the Norse Pantheon is one of the characters of the series representing the gods during the 1st round. The character is voiced by the voice artist from Otawara, Hikaru Midorikawa.

He is popular as the Kaede Rukawa of the Japanese anime, Slam Dunk and Softon from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and Fate/Zero as Lancer. Currently, he is with the talent agency, Aoni Production.

6. Adam

In the series, Adam is portrayed as the father of humanity fighting at the 2nd round of Ragnarok. The sensual character, Adam is voiced by Soma Saito from Yamanashi Prefecture.

Apart from being a voice actor, he is aKojiro Sasaki also a singer too. In the present context, he is associated with the talent management agency, 81 Produce. Also, he is with the record label, Sacra Music.

The character, Hermes happens to be one of the 12 gods of Olympus. Also, he is known for the title, messenger of gods. The voice actor, Junichi Suwabe voice the character. Suwabe received the 7th Seiyu Awards in the year 2013.

He has been a part of anime series including Black clover as Yami Sukehiro, Jujutsu Kaisen as Ryomen Sukuna, and Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez in Bleach. Currently, the talent management firm, Haikyo represents the actor.

The character, Ares is the 6th god of Olympus. He bears the title, God of Wars. The voice actor, Hinata Tadokoro voiced the character, Ares.

3. Kojiro Sasaki

Kojiro Sasaki aka. History’s Greatest Loser is one of the human fighters in the anime renowned for his sword technique.

The character is voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji. Yamaji is famous for dubbing actors including Jason Statham, Sean Penn, and Vincent Cassel.

He has been on the cast of anime such as Farewell, My Dear Cramer, Attack On Titan Season 3, and Blue Exorcist, and Space Dandy.

The character, Poseidon aka. God of Sea is the 3rd fighter of gods in the series. The character is voiced by the voice artist, Takahiro Sakurai. Sakurai is from Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

He is popular for providing a voice in the anime series; Ace of Diamond, Zoids: Chaotic Century, and Mega Man. Also, he dubbed Twilight in the Japanese version for Robert Pattinson.
