Jordyn Woods is going to be an entrepreneur soon with her clothing brand

Jordyn Woods is probably taking some business clues from her ex-BFF Kylie Jenner.

The beauty mogul’s former bestie is now experimenting with her inner business skills by launching her own clothing line.

The 25-year-old Instagram model announced the exciting news on Instagram, writing,

“Tomorrow is the big day!! We’ve put so much time and detail in making my new brand come to life and I can’t wait!!”

Woods continued:

“Entrepreneurship is hard, I’ve had businesses in the past and you learn as you go, but I’ve really put this one on my back,” the model continued. “Excited for this journey,”

She also gave her followers a sneak peek of the models for her new line. While some were happy for her, some criticized her for the diversity in model casting. One fan asked:

“Idk why I thought I would see [sic] a more than one black woman,”

Another one added:

“Disappointed I didn’t see more black women..smh so disappointed,”

One fan questioned:

“Where are the real plus size women in your lineup? Back in the day you were considered a ‘plus size’ model why not include them too?”

A cheating scandal that ended Woods’ and Jenner’s friendship

Woods previously collaborated with Shein on a collection of party-ready outfits. Maybe she gained the confidence to start her venture from her earlier experience working with the fashion brand.

Woods has to thank her boyfriend of two years Karl-Anthony Towns for his support who is helping her with the finances required for the endeavor.

In September, Woods shared a 25th birthday card from her beau telling her he would support her future plans. The Minnesota Timberwolves player said:

“You pick two businesses you want to start and I will fund them. It’s time to take that next step in this thing we call life.”

Woods recently got into a little trouble when fans criticized her for throwing shade at Kylie’s appearance on TikTok. She then immediately told her fans that she didn’t throw shade toward anyone.

In the short TikTok clip, Woods following a viral trend shows off her natural lips and thanks her genes. It didn’t make Kylie’s fans happy and some even called out Woods for lowkey shade.

Jordyn then explained:

“There’s no shade toward anyone, this is a trend I’ve seen a bunch of girls doing and I wanted to hop on ?.”

Jordyn’s friendship with Kylie ended when she was involved in a cheating scandal involving the latter’s sister Khloe‘s boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

While Khloe and Tristan welcomed another baby after the scandal, Jordyn’s relationship with Jenner never took a good turn again.
