Zandy is the president of the clothing company AYR. AYR stands for All Year Round. His company focuses on seasonless essentials for a woman. His company says,

In July 2017, there were rumors of Lea dating Zandy. They were friends with each other for a long time. Their dating rumor sparked when they were spotted holding hands after grabbing lunch together in New York City.

After being friends for a long time they decided to take new steps and turn friendship into a relationship. Reich proposed Michele in April 2018.

Lea made an official announcement through her Instagram showing her gorgeous engagement ring which was a four-carat elongated radiant cut ring designed by Leor Yerushalmi and The Jewelers of Las Vegas.

5) Marriage:
