Love rekindled! Lenny Hochstein has announced his engagement to Katharina Mazepa just four months after their initial engagement was called off.

On December 11, 2024, Hochstein shared the news on Instagram, featuring heartfelt photos from the proposal.

The first picture captured the moment he got down on one knee, while the second showed them leaning in for a kiss.

For the special occasion, Hochstein wore a white dress shirt with black slacks, and Mazepa, 29, chose a black minidress decorated with delicate chains.

In his post, he reflected on their journey and expressed gratitude for a second chance at love, stating,

“Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realize what truly matters”

He added that after everything they had been through, he knew he would never let her go again and described their love as “worth fighting for” and “stronger than ever.”

The Miami-based plastic surgeon concluded by toasting to “a future [they’ll] build together.” Furthermore, he also tagged the post to his new fiancee.

Mazepa responded to his post with a comment,

“Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs,”

The couple’s re-engagement has received mixed reactions from fans, with many expressing happiness for their reconciliation.

Hochstein later told Page Six about his second engagement to Katharina Mazepa.

“I am beyond grateful for this second chance at love with the woman of my dreams. Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs, and if I have learned anything, it is that Katharina belongs in my arms forever.”

He continued,

“That is why this past weekend, in our home and in front of her best friends, I asked for her hand in marriage. We then continued to celebrate and dance all night here at the house with her loved ones.”

Last weekend, the duo sparked speculation about their reconciliation during Art Basel.

Just three weeks before the engagement announcement, Hochstein finalized his divorce from Lisa Hochstein, who had previously alleged infidelity during their marriage.

Lenny filed for divorce in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. The exes share two children, son Logan, 9, and daughter Elle, 5.

Lenny and Katharina ended their engagement in September 2024, just over a year after they engaged. Hochstein confirmed the split through a statement, saying,

“I have decided to move forward with my life,”

Similarly, he expressed his well wishes for Mazepa, stating he wished her “nothing but the best.”

Mazepa, for her part, noted that they had “mutually decided to end [their] engagement last month” and acknowledged that the breakup was amicable.

Hochstein’s first proposal to Mazepa took place in July 2023 in Ibiza, where he asked for her hand in marriage in a picturesque setting.

The soon-to-be bride shared on Instagram captionined the post,

“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever.”

Fortunetly, they are again together now.
