Madonna wants her natural look back
Madonna is tired of her new look, it seems.
The pop star is doing her best to get her natural face back just ahead of her highly talked about world tour, according to sources.
After facing enough backlash for her shocking new look at the 2023 Grammys in February, the Material Girl singer is thinking of having a natural face.
After having numerous plastic surgeries and clapping back at haters for hating on her choices, the so-called Queen of Pop is very affected by the social media comments.
In fact, there were endless fans who asked the singer to switch up her look again.
A source told the Daily Mail,
“Despite what people think, the criticism over her drastically different appearance does affect her,”
The insider also revealed that the Hung Up singer is undergoing some major procedures that will give her natural features back.
The source added,
“She sees and hears what people say about her and, for the tour, she wants to look more like herself again for her fans,”
The La Isla Bonita did not seem bothered by the haters initially. Just weeks sparking confusion with her new appearance this year, the Grammy winner showed off how cute she looks.
In February, the Like a Virgin hitmaker tweeted alongside a snap of herself, writing,
“Look how cute I am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol,”
Madonna talked about plastic surgery years ago
Her self-appraisal quip came just weeks after she appeared on the Grammys stage. She introduced Kim Petras and Sam Smith to their performance of Unholy.
Her brief appearance on stage quickly trended on the internet after viewers started comparing her look to her past appearances.
The songstress also slammed the people who commented on her look instead of her speech.
Shortly after the music’s biggest night, she shared an Instagram video where she wrote,
“Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech which was about giving thanks for the fearlessness of artists like Sam and Kim- Many people chose to only talk about Close-up photos of me Taken with a long lens camera By a press photographer that Would distort anyone’s face!!”
The Frozen singer added that she was “caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world we live in.”
The songstress added,
“I have never apologized for any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I’m not going to start,”
While the Crazy for You singer has neither accepted nor denied having had plastic surgery, in a 2012 interview she said she was “not against plastic surgery.”
