Marissa George, a star from Love Is Blind, has found new love after her fiance Ramses Prashad ended their engagement just before their wedding day.

Following her appearance at the season seven reunion of Love Is Blind, Marissa publicly revealed her new relationship.

In an Instagram story, Marissa posted a festive photo with her new boyfriend, captioning it with “African space cowboy” and “astronaut dream girl.”

In the picture, Marissa wore a playful astronaut costume with fishnet stockings, while her partner donned a one-piece astronaut suit topped with a cowboy hat.

She added the phrase “Love out of this world” in the corner of the image.

Additionally, Marissa shared a 360-degree video from a Halloween party where she kissed her new boyfriend while Taylor Swift‘s song “You Are In Love” played in the background.

She further captioned the post.

“Life has a funny way of surprising you. I never expected to fall in love again, let alone with someone who embraces all my energy and flaws. When we first met, I asked him if I was too much. He looked at me, confused, and said, ‘What do you mean?’ I simply replied, ‘Nevermind,’ and from that moment on, I never questioned my energy again.”

However, she has not disclosed her boyfriend’s name or tagged him on Instagram

Moreover, an Instagram fan account, @therealityashley, shared images of Marissa with her new partner, including a sweet kiss at the beach and a photo of him at the reunion special.

The account expressed happiness for Marissa’s new relationship, captioning the post,

Before the post, Marissa confirmed that she is now dating someone outside of the pods during an interview with US Weekly. She told the outlet,

“I’m currently dating someone right now, and he has those qualities that Ramses didn’t have for our relationship”

In the same interview with the US Weekly, Marissa shared details about how her new relationship began with her mystery guy. She revealed that she met her new boyfriend at the Barcelona Wine Bar in Washington, D.C. Initially, they dated briefly.

However, Marissa was still processing her emotions from her previous relationship with Ramses, which led them to pause their dating. They decided to take a break but remained friends during this time.

Eventually, they resumed dating in April 2024 after Marissa felt ready to move forward.

Marissa expressed that her current relationship is “going very well.” She confirmed that her boyfriend watched the Netflix show “Love Is Blind” and was not surprised by anything he saw regarding her past relationship with Ramses.

George further shared that her “boyfriend takes care of me in a way that I used to take care of other people and how I took care of Ramses in a way.” She appreciates this shift and finds it “nice to be taken care of.”

On October 30, Marissa and Rameses met face-to-face during the Love Is Blind reunion special.

This encounter occurred after Rameses called off their engagement just before their wedding day. During the episode, Marissa accused Rameses of avoiding her gaze, stating,

“He won’t even look me in the eye.”

She further expressed to E! News that she learned from their relationship that she does not want a partner who is emotionally unavailable or unwilling to face difficult issues together.

Marissa also indicated that they would “probably” not remain friends due to Rameses’ behavior at the reunion.

On the other hand, Rameses responded by saying he never intended to lead Marissa on. He explained,

“The reason why it even got so far is because my heart really wanted to walk down the aisle and see Marissa coming down that aisle as well, but I had to recognize just where our fundamental differences were.”

However, upon returning to reality, tensions arose between the now-former couple. They are even claimed to be headed for marriage but Rameses changed his mind at the last moment.
