Recent reports reveal that Nikki is on the lookout for a divorce lawyer after Artem was accused of and arrested for domestic violence. And now, Artem has also deleted Nikki’s name from his Instagram. Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Garcia’s divorce?

There is a lot downhill going on in the lives of WWE star, Nikki Garcia, 40 and her husband, DWTS participant of Russian origin, Artem Chigvintsev, 42. Their friends have stated that the relationship now between the two is extremely volatile. Anything can happen.

Nikki has been seeking the assistance of a divorce lawyer, several reports have revealed. And now, an indirect clue comes from Artem. He has deleted Nikki’s name from his Instagram bio.

All references to her name are erased from his social media bio. Earlier, Artem had put a link of Nikki’s social media on his Instagram bio. This was followed by emojis of a bride and diamond ring. The relationship of Artem and Nikki Garcia

Artem and Nikki knew each other since the time that they had participated as partners on the 25th season of the American dance show, Dancing with the stars. This was broadcast from September to November 2017. After that, the two started a romantic relationship.

In November 2019, Artem proposed to Nikki and she accepted his marriage proposal. Soon after, on 29 January 2020 came the announcement from the pair that Nikki was pregnant with their first baby.

The domestic violence incident

But three days after the second wedding anniversary celebration, on 29 August 2024, Artem was arrested on domestic violence charges. He was detained at Napa valley, California for a brief time and then released on a bail of USD 25k.

The charges framed against him were of felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. No details of the victim was provided. Friends of the two said that they are in shock about the incident, but ard not shocked with Artem’s arrest.

Subsequently, news of Nikki looking for divorce lawyers erupted. And on 1 September 2024, she was spotted without her wedding ring while boarding a plane with Matteo. A spokesperson of the family stated:

“This is a private matter, and Nikki asks for privacy for her and her family at this time,”

911 audio tape reveals that Artem had asked for help saying that Nikki had hurled shoes at him when they had a heated argument. However, later, he cancelled the need for medical assistance.
