Harry and Meghan received King Charles III’s coronation invite
Just days after it was public that Archie and Lilibet received the titles of Prince and Princess respectively, the royal family’s website updated their titles officially.
The Sussexes also wrote in a statement that their “titles have been a birthright since their grandfather became monarch” and the “matter has been settled for some time in alignment with Buckingham Palace.”
Royal sources also confirmed that the Sussexes received King Charles III’s coronation invite. However, it is not sure whether the couple will attend the historic event given their strained relationship with the family.
Harry and Meghan’s relationship with the family started getting worse when they stepped down from their roles as senior members of the monarchy in January 2020.
The two now live with their children in California.
In December 2022, the former royal couple released their controversial Netflix series titled Harry & Meghan which showed the lack of privacy they got while living in Britain.
Just weeks later, the Prince released his bombshell memoir Spare which further damaged his relationship with his family.
