Meghan Trainor could be pregnant in 2023
Meghan Trainor wishes to have another baby very soon.
The singer who is already a mom to one-year-old son Riley revealed that it is her dream to get pregnant in the upcoming year.
People asked the singer about her 2023 plans to which the All About That Bass singer replied:
“Hopefully, I’ll be pregnant. I’m trying to make four children, so I’ve got to get on it.”
After having a baby, I was like, there’s nothing I can’t do,” she continued, adding, “So now I’m just trying to knock off all my dreams on my dream list.”
Trainor had a tough pregnancy during Riley’s time but that is not letting her stop from doing it all over again.
The 28-year-old musician welcomed Riley via C-section on Valentine’s Day 2021 after being breech.
Right after birth, Riley suffered breathing problems due to which he had to be rushed to the neonatal intensive care unit. There the baby survived on a feeding tube for five days.
The Dear Future Husband singer said at the time:
“It was one of those horror stories where he didn’t cry,”
“He didn’t make noise when he came out. I was like, ‘Why isn’t he crying?’ It was terrifying.”
The doting mom went on:
“I got to see him for one second before they took him away,”
That was probably the worst part.”
Thankfully, after a week at the NICU, Trainor, and Sabara, 30, were able to take their son home.
Riley suffered breathing issues due to Meghan’s medication during pregnancy
Meghan later revealed that the nurses who cared for her and Riley revealed that the baby’s health issues appeared from her using antidepressants while she was pregnant.
Back in September, Meg said:
“They kept asking me if I was on antidepressants during the pregnancy, and I was, but on the lowest dose possible,”
“It was really f–ked up.”
Meghan also dealt with her weight issues after welcoming her son. The Made You Look singer said:
“I was, like, over 200 pounds when I C-sectioned him out,”
“I just wasn’t feeling great. I’ve never had stitches, so to have this C-section scar, I was in a really dark place and I wanted to be in a great place for my son.”
The artist revealed that she overcame her weight problem and lost over 60 pounds with her diet and exercise regime.
Trainor and her husband Sabara met at a house party in 2014. Daryl starred in the Spy Kids franchise.
He popped the question to Trainor in 2017 and they tied the knot the following year.
