Mel B’s money to be saved for a while now! The Spousal Support requested by Stephen Belafonte delayed.

The news of Mel B and Stephen Belafonte’s divorce is not a secret to anyone

And, now it’s the request of Spousal Support by Stephen Belafonte. But after Mel B‘s lawyer stated some information, the judge of the court took Mel B’s side and delayed the request to the end of June.

Reason for the delay of the petition

Stephen filed a complaint to the court saying that he is homeless and is in debt of $60,000 in credit cards. Stephen is broke earns zero dollars a day and now is even homeless after he was kicked out of Mel’s house.

He tried to get some sympathy from the judge as he asked for spousal support but he seemed to be taking Mel’s side for now.

Mel B’s attorney reported to the judge that doing the financial agreement for the spousal support was premature as she had spent a whole lot of money getting a restraining order against him. This may result in Stephen paying up some bills to Mel B.

Stephen claims Mel B to be a liar

Meanwhile, Stephen has been continuously complaining about Mel B being a big “LIAR” after Mel B complained that he was even a domestic violence offender and had a criminal history.

She also claimed that Stephen had been ‘involved in adult pornography’ and the ‘importation of women from other countries’ to work in the industry as well as ‘possible money laundering’.

Because of these accusations, he has lost custody of his elder daughter, Angel. Since then he has been posting pictures with the hashtag “thequietbeforethestorm” with the pictures saying things like:

“The Most Dangerous Liars are those who think they are telling the truth”

There might be a truth that Stephen is hiding as he keeps referring to the quiet before the storm. It seems like he is trying to say that he is just quiet because of his daughter as he posted a picture of his 5-year-old daughter, Madison with the caption:

Other than the petition, he has also requested for a change of location to visit his daughter as they were regularly being disturbed by the media, which the judge delayed the hearing for the other week.
