Meanwhile, the reality tv star was quick to refute the rumors at the time as she took to Instagram to share a video of herself flashing her wedding ring with her now-estranger husband Chris right by her side.
Well, this is not that the Love & Marriage: DC co-stars don’t have any marital issues throughout their marriage life.
The former “Housewife” got candid about her marriage life at the time on her YouTube channel, Tea With Monique.
“It’s no secret that Chris and I have been struggling in some areas of our marriage and anybody who watched ‘Love & Marriage’ last year, y’all saw the arguments, y’all saw everything that was going on,”
The mom-of-three then went on to acknowledge that she and Chris have had general things she had issues with that he was not listening to her when she told him about her needs.
“It was a lot of confusion, it was crazy building up to that 10-year marker of our marriage and when you’ve been married that long and when you have things that you’re like, ‘Listen, this is being unmet or I’ve been ungeard’ you start to get frustrated and it’s like, ‘Oh, my God, is this what life is going to be? I can’t take it anymore,'”
The Not For Lazy Moms founder also admitted that they were counseling individually to work “on their personal issues” and “focus on ourselves”.
