Nancy O’Dell on her diet and exercise routine!
American TV show anchor, Nancy O’Dell is 57 years of age but she has managed to keep herself fit and slim. She looks gorgeous. But she too has struggled with her fitness regimes.

American TV host, Nancy O’Dell looks elegant and fit though she is in her late 50s now. Last year, Nancy had uploaded a photo of herself on her Instagram.
She was in a lilac-colored bikini top with matching leggings in lilac and black. For the caption, she wrote:
“Ok…time to kick it in high gear! I kind of do it backwards. Instead of working out like crazy going into bikini summer, I work out going into fall/winter cuz that’s when we tend to slack up cuz we gots more clothes to hide behind. Know what I mean?! (-: When ya’ll work out the most intensely?”
Her fans could relate to her fitness struggles. Appreciating her body, one fan wrote:
“You are a vision, looking great!”
And a second one commented:
“You are so beautiful.”
While a third added:
“Stunning without even trying!”
Nancy details her fitness routine and diet
In 2018, Nancy in an interview she gave to First For Women said:
“I get up and get my coffee, then I’ll do the elliptical. I’m becoming more and more of a morning person, so I can get things done before my daughter gets up.”
Nancy has a family history of high cholesterol in blood. Revealing on it, she told the news outlet:
“High cholesterol runs in my family, so I look to keep my diet really lean,”
Hence, she explained:
“Breakfast is usually egg whites, Canadian bacon and fresh fruit—I love watermelon, pineapple, blueberries, oranges and grapes I sprinkle some flaxseeds on my egg whites, and that’s supposed to help bring bad cholesterol down a lot.
“I’m also always looking for snacks with fewer carbs and made out of vegetables. I love veggie chips or pita with hummus, which is so much better for you than fried snacks. Salsa and chips is a good, healthy go-to, as well.”
Nancy’s marriages and kids
Nancy was dating and later married Dr. Richard O’Dell on 30 September 1995. As per Heavy’s website, Richard is an anesthesiologist.
He finished his medicine qualifications from the University of Virginia and later from the University of Miami. But the marriage collapsed and the two separated and divorced in 2004.
In between, it is learnt that she was dating American singer, Michael Bolton in 2003. She had no kids from these two relationships.
Later, she wed Keith Zubchevich in 2005. In June 2007, she gave birth to her daughter, Ashby Grace. At that time, she was 41 years of age.
The delivery was at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles. Keith had two sons from a previous relationship: Tyler and Carson. But this second marriage also did not last.
In September 2016, Nancy and Keith separated. And in November 2017, they filed for divorce. It was finalized in 2018.
In 2006, in an interview she gave to Pageantry Magazine, Nancy had stared that she can relate with other celebrities and people who are undergoing divorce. She said:
“I can relate to them,”
“I went through a divorce, celebrities go through separations and divorces, too, so you sympathize with them. When they say, ‘I’m going to keep that part of my relationship private,’ I can respect that. As a journalist, it’s your job to ask all those personal questions of them, but you have to respect their right to privacy.”
