Nicholas Tucci dies at age 38
Netflix actor Nicholas Tucci is no more. His father Alexandra shared the sad news of his son’s death on his social media. Nicholas was just 38 when he died due to cancer.
Alexandra said that his son Nicholas was brave and he did not tell anyone about his illness since he wanted to continue with work until the time he could.
The heartbroken father put up a picture of his son and captioned it:
“To the friends of Nicholas Tucci.
“This is Alexander Tucci, Nick’s father. On Tuesday, March 3, Nick died at the Smilow Cancer Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. Nick chose to keep his illness private so that he could continue to pursue his professional and artistic dreams for as long as possible.
“In the last year, he was able to audition, go on location, and continue the work he loved so much.”
He continued:
“To those of you in the film, television, and theater communities… thank you for guiding, encouraging, and supporting Nick. To those of you who enjoyed Nick’s work on the screen and stage… thank you for encouraging his talent and appreciating his efforts.”

Keith Calder who is a producer wrote:
“RIP Nick Tucci. I was lucky enough to work with Nick on three movies (UNDOCUMENTED, YOU’RE NEXT, and FAULTS) and he was one of my favorite actors to work with.
“I’m honored to have been able to call him a friend and a colleague.”

Nicholas was born on 3 April 1981 in Middletown, CT. He studied at Middletown High School and later graduated from Yale University. He procured a BA in Theater and was also a member of the sketch comedy group Suite 13.
Nicholas started his career with numerous theatrical productions at a national level. He was part of multiple original works of William Shakespeare. The talented actor also wrote several screenplays; adapted and original.
Nicholas was an animal lover and owned a well-mannered Maine Coon cat that he called Church (after his favorite novel).
